Authors We've Named Our Burgers After
When we were planning the restaurant in 2015 we knew we wanted to somehow tie in our love of reading. We chose to name the burgers after some of our favorite authors. Admittedly, we haven't read all of these authors. Some of them we chose because a particular book they wrote fit the burger we'd created. For example, we haven't read Dante Alighieri's Inferno, but it was the perfect fit for a spicy burger we'd created.
